Breez Subscription Rules:

The term “Subscriber” refers to any entity—such as a cafe, restaurant, or any group equipped with a menu—that has completed the purchase process of Breez’s digital menu platform and is utilizing it.

Customers can enjoy 1 month free with no payment required.
All features are fully accessible during the trial period.
After 1 month, customers can continue with an annual subscription.
If customers do not wish to continue, they must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Breez’s Services and Obligations
From the signing of the contract, Breez commits to the following services and obligations:
Free Training: Providing complimentary training for your staff to ensure better product presentation.
Consultation: Offering guidance on the use and optimization of the Breez platform for enhanced efficiency.
Updates and Enhancements: Updating and adding features related to your purchased package free of charge during the contract period.
Additional services include:

System Setup and Optimization:
Setting up and fine-tuning the performance of the training system.
Feature Implementation: Integrating any new facilities added to the system during the contract period.
Market Research: Conducting market research and reviews to improve product usage.

System Performance and Maintenance
While software issues can be inevitable, Breez is committed to resolving any problems as swiftly as possible. Our system is equipped with multiple backups to prevent interruptions. However, disruptions caused by external networks and infrastructure not controlled by Breez—including server service providers or global internet issues—are beyond our obligations and responsibility.

In the event of any DDoS attacks or similar incidents, Breez reserves the right to take any necessary actions deemed appropriate to secure its servers and comply with directives from relevant security authorities.

Software Usage
The Breez platform is provided as a tool and platform for the Subscriber. Continuous monitoring of its use is beyond Breez’s capacity and unnecessary. Therefore, the Subscriber is fully responsible for how the service is used and the content uploaded. The Subscriber is also obligated to maintain the confidentiality of system passwords to prevent unauthorized changes to menu content and any form of misuse.

Commercial Reputation
The Subscriber must refrain from any actions that may damage the commercial reputation of Breez.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Outdated Menus: Failing to keep the menu updated, leading to discrepancies between displayed prices and actual prices charged.
Interference with User Access: Deliberately preventing users from using the Breez platform or damaging Breez’s brand name in any way.
Unauthorized Use: Utilizing the Breez platform for purposes other than the intended digital menu without prior coordination with Breez.

Photos and Content
The Subscriber must avoid uploading false photos or any misleading content to their Breez digital menu. Representative food photos must be authentic images of the actual dishes offered, with sufficient quality and detail for customers. The Subscriber agrees that Breez reserves the right to delete or modify any photo or content related to the menu at its discretion.

Content Guidelines
The Subscriber must refrain from uploading any content or engaging in activities that violate applicable laws and regulations. Specifically, the Subscriber commits to avoiding the provision of:

Inappropriate or Objectionable Content: Any material that is offensive or unsuitable.
Irrelevant Content: Material unrelated to the menu of the Subscriber’s establishment.
Unrelated Promotional Content: Advertising that does not pertain to the Subscriber’s own establishment.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Subscriber holds no rights to the invention, patent, copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property associated with Breez. The Subscriber is not authorized to create, use, or sell any product, design, or idea related to the Breez platform for any purpose.

By using Breez’s services, the Subscriber agrees to abide by these terms and conditions, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership focused on enhancing the dining experience for customers.
