Privacy Policy
At Breez, we deeply respect the privacy of our Subscribers. All menu information, photos, descriptions, and any content within a Subscriber’s digital menu—as well as any information confidentially provided to Breez on their behalf—is kept secure and will not be used without their explicit consent.
Subscribers have the right to request all information stored in our database at any time, either in the form of a file or to request its deletion.
Breez reserves the right to use Subscribers’ information in a collective and statistical manner (metadata related to a group of restaurants, not just a single establishment). This usage fully respects the material and intellectual rights of each Subscriber without affecting their individual privacy.
Both Breez and the Subscriber are committed to refraining from directly or indirectly disclosing any commercial information of the other party obtained in any way—including technical information, customer data, business communications, accounts, financial details, technical methods, and any other information—during or after the period of cooperation. This commitment extends to representatives, agents, employees, and associates of both parties. Disclosure of any such information without the written permission of the other party will render the offending party responsible and liable for any consequences.
By using Breez’s services, the Subscriber agrees to this Privacy Policy, ensuring a secure and trustworthy partnership focused on enhancing the dining experience for customers.
